You’ll will make the dough, and create various Swedish shapes and flavors with the cream cheese filling, and the blueberry Vol au vents pastries, and the cherry Danish as well.

Sweet and Savory Scones and Blueberry Jam
Sunday August 24th, 3pm- 5pm
You will be learning how to make scones and Jam from scratch. What a wonderful treat for your self. You will learnt he art of how to put items in your scones and flavor onto of your scones and Classic scones as well, and you’ll learn how to make blueberry jam. Menu: Blueberry Scones; Cinnamon Pistachio Scones; Classic Scones; Cheese and Bacon Scones; and Blueberry jam. You’ll be making 2 of each scone and a small jar of blueberry preserve to take home.
