Refund Policy

There is no refund for any reason, if you cancel a class a store credit will be given towards another class if you give more than 2 days notice, you will get a credit towards another class or for store products. If you give 1 day or less notice you will forfeit any moneys or rights to credit.

3-5 People Private Cooking Classes: Most classes $120 (pastry or savory classes) -$130 (fancy macarons classes) each adult, Gratuity of 18% is charged for all private classes at time of booking. All bookings must be paid in full to be booked. You pay per person.

Up to 6 people Private Classes: Kids or Adult or kids Parties. 6 person Parties $580 Adults. $480 Kids must be 12 years and younger and can include no more than 1 parent/ adult. You can pick and do a class on any topic. Additional persons are $80 added for private classes or parties. Gratuity is charged for all parties or private functions.

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

Gift cards are purchased from store are held at store for you to pick up personally. We are not RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST CARDS OR CARDS that have EXPIRED. All certificate are valid for 6 months only and dates on your card are strictly honored.

JUNE 2026

French Pastry: Puff Pastry.  Saturday June 20th 2026 @ 10am- 12pm $130 now $110 until June 18, per person. You will be making French pastry Puff Pastry dough from scratch to finish laminating the dough and shaping it and proofing the dough and baking your items. Menu: Apple turnovers; Mushroom and cheese vol au vents; and cinnamon sticks. 

French Pastry: Croissants.  Saturday June 27th 2026 @ 10am- 12pm $130 per person. You will be making French pastry Croissant dough from scratch to finish laminating the dough and shaping it and proofing the dough and baking your croissants. Menu: Butter and Chocolate Croissants.

 

JULY 2026

Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting or Strawberry shortcake. Thursday July 9th @ 2pm-3pm $70 per person child or adult. For summer classes for kids and adults, you will make and get 6 cupcakes and make the frosting (vanilla or strawberry shortcake) and sprinkle your creations and take them home. This process is for anyone who is participating in the class, a parent cannot come with the child unless they too have paid or a ticket, they may leave their child to do class by themselves. Ages suitable 6 and up with a parent, or 9 and up without an adult.

French Pastry: French Macarons.  Saturday July 11th 2026 @ 6pm- 7:30pm $130 per person. You will be making French pastry Famous Macaron Cookies from scratch and filling them with a premium raspberry preserve.  Menu: Raspberry Macarons.

French Pastry: Eclairs  Saturday July 18th 2026 @ 6:30pm -8pm $130 per person. You will be making French pastry Eclairs batter and shaping it to eclairs and making the filling. Menu: Classic Eclairs with Raspberry or chocolate tops. 

French Pastry: Crepes party.  Saturday July 25th 2026 @ 6pm-7pm $100 now $80 on sale until June 18th, per person. You will be making French pastryCrepes and filling them with some sweets treat items fillings, creams, and toppings. Come and meet some other people and enjoy a social crepe party for all. Menu: French Crepes sweet fillings and toppings

 

AUGUST 2026

Strawberry Tart with Cream Patisserie. SaturdayAugust 15th 2026 @ 10am- 12pm $130 per person. You will be making French pastry classic sweet sable dough and cream patisserie filling and topping with fresh strawberry fruit and be making 4 individual tarts to take home. Menu:strawberry tarts with cream patisserie.

Classic Quiche Loraine; and French Onion quiche.  SaturdayAugust 22nd 2026 @ 10am- 12pm $130 per person. You will be making French pastry classic quiche dough and fillings and be making 4 individual quiches to take home and making caramelized onions for one of the quiche fillings. Menu:French Onion quiche, Quiche loraine.
