PURCHASING A CLASS
Step 1: Choose your class below and add to your cart. If you cant see your class check there’s not a 2nd page.
Step 2: Once you have placed a class in your cart go to cart page (at bar icon choose Cart) and process your payment by placing your credit card details in. You should receive a email that you have purchased your class with an order number. We dont call anyone if you want to confirm. By purchasing a class or camp you accepting our policies.
Step 3: Attend your class at the date and time shown.
All classes are in person participation style

you will be making the dough, laminating it, shaping it, proofing and baking it all in the one class from scratch come learn how to make croissants butter and chocolate

you will be making the French macarons pistachio and the chef will be demonstrating the pistachio filling to you
