PURCHASING A CLASS, HOW IT WORKS: IF ONLINE IS NOT WORKING CALL STORE TO BOOK . Step 1: Choose your class below and add to your cart. You can also purchase a class or camp over the phone, in person at store. If placing a class/ camp booking over the phone and pay by credit card over the phone a .055% fee is charged which is an automatic charge by Square or stripe processing company, this is non refundable under all circumstances (August 1st 2023 square and most processing companies dont refund charged fees for using their services).
Step 2: Once you have placed a class in your cart go to cart page (at bar icon choose Cart) and process your payment by placing your credit card details in.
Step 3: Attend your class at the date and time shown. Please show up 5-10 minutes early not too early or late, we start classes on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late on a private class you will forfeit your class, if class does continue you won’t complete two hours only the allocated time slot at finish time. Classes that are canceled due to you being late won’t be rebooked you will have lost your spot. Three days notice needs to be given to reschedule a class by calling store and speaking to someone, messages left on phone aren’t notices. No raincheck including being sick or covid. If you give notice you may go into another class of equal or less value, just pick which class.
