Apple and Classic Croissants

Mothers day Day weekend Croissant Class with a modern twist, you’ll learn the classic butter croissant as well as an apple version as well, a model Apple pastry.

Chocolate Truffles
Sunday, February 16th 5pm-7pm
You will make chocolate truffles from scratch and variations on the classic: pistachio, Apricot Truffles and traditional cocoa truffles.

European Apple Raisin Strudel
Saturday, February 15th 10am-11:30am
One of the oldest and most traditional of all pastries is a dear favorite still the classic strudel. You’ll learn the art of the dough and fillings.

Friday February 7th 6pm-8pm
Learn the art of French bread, the classic Baguette and Epi bread as well and the fougasse bread. Making these these wonderful beautiful French breads will be a fun class.
